Poem to myself cos I deserve it

Let us love and be loved.
Let us start with ourselves.

I am going to spread happiness to every bone in my body so no one can dare dim my light.
I shall hold my own torch on my own path.
"Bring your own torch " I am going to say to them. My light is not to be shared with anyone, especially by someone that isn't on my path.
Cut me open brave man. Go on, provoke every emotion in me if you dare. Make me feel things no one has before or get out of my way.

I am going to spread happiness to every bone in my body so I can fix my childhood blues. One day I am going to make the 8 year old me very proud. I will grow a garden in my dark corners, I shall water it and watch it blossom beautifully.
